The solvent recovery and distillation services are done based on client requirements and according to pollution control norms. The process of Distillation consists of boiling a mixture in a closed system and condensing the vapours back into a liquid, and disposing of the waste. The end products are either supplied back to clients for re use or to various other industries. Our Solvent recovery unit would heat the waste Solvent mixture to boil off the Solvent, leaving the resins behind in the boiling tank and can be disposed of as waste.
The Solvent vapours are then re-condensed in a separate area and return to their liquid form which is near to virgin and clean state, ready to be reused.
